Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation to Benefit from New Secretariat Documentary

Penny Chenery and the Secretariat Foundation are pleased to invite supporters of the Grayson-Jockey Club to attend the world premiere screening of the new documentary film, "Penny & Red: the Life of Secretariat's Owner" - the stunningly honest account of Penny''s life film produced by John Tweedy''s Landlocked Films and narrated by Diane Lane.

The screening will be held in Lexington, Kentucky, at the Fasig-Tipton auction pavilion on Friday evening, September 20, with festivities beginning at 6:00 p.m. and the 60-minute film expected to start playing at 7:30 p.m. Guests are invited to join Mrs. Chenery and her Meadow Stable team: jockey Ron Turcotte, exercise rider Charlie Davis, as well as esteemed author Bill Nack and other attending racing celebrities prior to the screening for an exclusive open bar cocktail reception featuring regional Kentucky cuisine, and again after the film for an after-screening dessert reception.

As one of The Secretariat Foundation''s preferred charitable organizations, we will be able to directly influence the amount of revenue we receive from the event in the form of a unique "participation" structure regarding the screening. The Grayson-Jockey Club has been assigned the code (GJC) that can be keyed in at the time of your online ticket purchase to track our organization''s participation in the event. The Secretariat Foundation will essentially reward the level of participation with a corresponding allocation percentage of generated funds. Simply put, the more seats we fill, the more revenue the Grayson-Jockey Club will receive.

Three different ticket options are available for the screening event:

a) General Admission Film Ticket - Includes admission to film only - $40 per person.

b) VIP Admission Ticket - Includes film admission and access to both the cocktail and dessert receptions - $95 per person.

c) VIP Deluxe Admission Ticket - Includes one reserved seat film admission, access to both the cocktail and dessert receptions and a complimentary DVD of the film autographed by Mrs. Chenery - $150 per person.

Reception guests will have the opportunity to personally meet the filmmakers, featured cast, and members of the original Meadow Racing Stable.

Tickets are available on a first-come basis exclusively thru secretariat.com and can be purchased on-line at: secretariatcom.stores.yahoo.net/penny-and-red-world-premiere.html. You may also purchase tickets by phone by calling 502 893-7997. Please bear in mind this event may receive a great deal of interest and we encourage the purchase of your tickets as soon as possible to confirm your participation.

Thank you, and we look forward to your support of the Grayson-Jockey Club through your attendance at this exciting film event.
